With age's from 7 all the way through to adult, Rugby is an adaptable sport that helps develop qualities at such a young age that it compliments a child's development as they progress through life. Apart from Major League Rugby which is Professional and a large population of amateur players at club and collegiate level, the Rugby World Cup is heading to the USA in 2031 and 2033, and you can guarantee that the sport will continue to grow in popularity even further. Rugby Union is currently an Olympic sport in the 7's format where the USA are one of the most dominant nations.
